Mr Booker - Transform (Southampton 26.1,17) I have already left feedback for Mr Gajraj and would like to comment on the Nursing staff (Annie from Transform Southampton and Gaynor from The VeinCare Centre). Both nurses had an excellent bedside manner and were very professional. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful making the experience a positive one. It is now 48 hours since the procedure and I am recovering very well.

It's a shame that there isn't a 6 star review! The staff at the Melbury Clinic were just lovely and looked after me so well. I was incredibly nervous and anxious about having the treatment but by the end I could have happily stayed another few hours as everyone made me feel so relaxed.

I was recommend by a friend who had recently had both her legs treated by Mr H Gajraj at The VeinCare Centre at the Melbury Clinic. After visiting the Harbour Hospital at Poole and seeing Mr Gajraj he diagnosed a Superfical Venous , right leg, with Symtomatic Varicose Tributaries. I underwent treatment in early August 2016 at the Melbury clinic. I found the VeinCare Centre very helpful and friendly during my procedure. I actually had all the care and attention I could have wished for and can confidently say that I positively enjoyed my visit to the Melbury Clinic. All members of staff could not have been more kind and supportive. I did not feel uncomfortable or embarassed at any stage. I can highly recommend this way of looking after one's health.

When stepping into the Melbury Clinic for the first time the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, which put you at ease. Dr Gajraj and his team of nurses all made you feel welcome. Refreshments were offered and you were not kept waiting beyond the appointment time. During the procedure Dr Gajraj inspired confidence and the concern and care by the nurses could not be faulted. On a couple of occasions afterwards I had to telephone for advice and both times I was told the best action to take to remedy the situation. Everyone was extremely helpful. The Melbury Clinic is, for me, a very convenient location that provided a wonderful opportunity whereby I was able to receive first class consultant treatment outside of a major city. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and overall very professional. At all times I was very well looked after and during my treatment I was kept comfortable by a very competent team of professionals. My aftercare has been excellent and I would have no hesitation in undergoing further procedures at The Melbury Clinic.
